About the Role
As a delivery manager, you will own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI projects for our retail and consumer clients. You will act as the crucial link between our customers and technical teams, balancing technical possibility with feasibility, ensuring maximum value for our clients, and cultivating strong external relationships.
Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation
- Collaborating with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions
- Managing project development and ensuring a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing to new business pitches and proposals
- Developing and mentoring peers, taking a proactive role in building good processes and practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in 0-1 AI/Digital transformation projects in the retail and consumer sector
- Experience in consulting services or CPG background is preferred
- Full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from initial scoping to end-user adoption
- Client-facing experience, trusted to help navigate ambiguous situations, complex technical information, and unexpected challenges
- Clear communication with outstanding written and verbal skills to instill confidence, bring clarity, and influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working with technical teams and experience delivering technical projects
- Ability to gauge possibility and feasibility, and lead a team to balance vision and pragmatism
- Practical problem-solver, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions
