About the Role
We are building a dedicated delivery team around one of our most important partnerships and need an experienced Project Manager to lead this client-facing engagement. You will set up and embed a multidisciplinary team, coordinate delivery across internal functions, and manage the integrated delivery plan for the account.
Responsibilities
- Building and running the integrated delivery plan for the account, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing.
- Bringing together the right people from across Genomics and enabling a new team to work as one, quickly.
- Running the delivery rhythm with our partner, including status meetings, reporting, and a clear route for escalations.
- Working with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and commercial milestones.
- Working with Legal on scope and contract changes.
- Identifying and resolving blockers early to maintain team momentum.
- Keeping senior stakeholders informed, aligned, and confident on both sides.
Requirements
- Experience as a project manager delivering consulting-style projects for life sciences clients (pharma, biotech, or healthcare).
- Experience setting up and embedding a team with a client to deliver a large project.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment and building structure.
- Comfortable working across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and People stakeholders.
- Ability to translate between different stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized and a clear communicator.
- Ready to hit the ground running.
- Ability to start immediately.
