About the Role

Team Catalyst is an innovative account management model designed to redefine how Mastercard partners with its longer-tail customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to help design, build, and scale a new model while directly influencing customer growth, experience, and operational excellence across a portfolio of Community Institution customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Community Institution customers, building trusted partnerships and supporting customer success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and adoption of Mastercard products, services, and solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of customer priorities, challenges, and goals to provide relevant recommendations and support.
  • Lead day-to-day account management activities, including customer communications, action planning, issue resolution, and follow-up.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Services, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver solutions and address customer needs.
  • Assist with renewals, pricing requests, presentations, business cases, and other commercial activities.
  • Deliver customer engagement activities including webinars, office hours, portfolio communications, and customer education programs.
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Salary/Compensations

  • $72,000 - $115,000 USD
