About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a part-time or full-time Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient group in San Francisco, California. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment, allowing you to practice psychiatry your way.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations.
- Customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend.
- Determine preferred caseload and patient volume.
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent).
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care.

- $375,000 to $440,000 (compensation model based on productivity)
