About the Role
LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in San Francisco, California. This role offers the opportunity to practice psychiatry with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
- Customize practice to include medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
- Determine preferred caseload and patient volume
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- PMHNP certified
- At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
- Licensed in California
- DEA license

- Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000
- Compensation model based on productivity
