About the Role
Lead AI Solution Architects and AI business development/GTM profiles across EMEA/LATAM, driving incremental AI pipeline, improving win rates, and achieving year-over-year AI bookings growth.
Responsibilities
- Build value propositions with sales teams.
- Own AI value propositions across four workloads, including architecture, target accounts, and competitive positioning.
- Scale successful propositions across the region and through partners.
- Serve as the primary voice for NetApp's AI data infrastructure strategy in EMEA.
- Hire and develop AI talent, setting the technical bar for the wider SE and SA community.
- Enable hundreds of Systems Engineers and Client Executives to lead AI workload conversations.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and heads of AI/platform to influence platform decisions.
Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise technology with strategic and people leadership experience, including 5+ years managing people.
- Experience leading both technical (pre-sales, solution architecture) and commercial (business development, GTM) profiles.
- Proven track record of creating pipeline in new or emerging segments.
- Deep understanding of the AI infrastructure stack, including GPU clusters, training/inference pipelines, agent runtimes, RAG, vector search, and data lake architecture.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with CTOs or Heads of AI without an architect present.
- Strong commercial and dimensioning judgment to defend design choices.
- Ability to influence without authority across matrixed, multi-country organizations.
- Executive presence at C-level.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM.
