About the Role
Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a freelance Associate Branded Video Producer to execute branded content across its consumer portfolio. This role involves managing branded video projects from pre- to post-sale, working cross-functionally with editorial and revenue teams, and maintaining the company's signature tone and style.
Responsibilities
- Edit branded video content in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, account operations, and creative strategy on pitches.
- Manage client feedback, expectations, and deliverables with Account Operations.
- Oversee end-to-end production management, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, and correspondence with third-party production.
- Act as a production manager and DP on set for planned productions.
- Create editorial video content with video teams when not working on branded projects.
Requirements
- Experienced with Adobe Premiere.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and/or After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of engaging and punchy content.
- Creative and technical production expertise.
- Background in branded video production.
- Experience with creating and adhering to production budgets for digital video formats.
- Fan of Morning Brew’s consumer video franchises.
- Understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X/Twitter) and what resonates with each audience.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Impeccable eye for detail and creative opportunities.
- Ability to work on a deadline.
