About the Role
Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Real Estate & Finance Paralegal to join their busy Real Estate & Finance team. The role involves administration and support for commercial finance and real estate transactional closings, including complex acquisitions, dispositions, and secured lending transactions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support commercial finance and real estate transactional closings.
- Handle complex acquisitions, dispositions, and secured lending transactions.
- Prepare and review deed packages, surveys, title documents/curatives, loan documentation, UCC financing statements and lien searches, and closing checklists.
- Coordinate with title companies on policies and endorsements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in a transactional paralegal role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and focus on details.
