About the Role
Join our People & Culture team as an Employee Experience Intern and contribute to programs that help employees feel connected, supported, and valued. Gain hands-on experience in event planning, employee engagement, employee resource groups (ERGs), and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and preparation for 2027 employee events.
- Research best practices and help develop practical applications for employee resource groups.
- Research DEIB-related observances and topics, then create clear and engaging monthly highlights.
- Assist with communications, project coordination, and other Employee Experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and help keep projects organized and on schedule.
Requirements
- A current college student pursuing human resources, business, communications, organizational development, social justice, or a related field.
- An organized, dependable contributor who can manage details and meet deadlines.
- A curious researcher and clear communicator who is comfortable creating written content.
- A collaborative learner who brings empathy, professionalism, and respect for different perspectives.
- Someone interested in employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusive practices.
- Students should be prepared to complete approximately 120 hours during the internship period.
- Students must be available to work during the Spring Semester, January 2027-May 2027.
