About the Role
Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Construction Scheduler to serve as a strategic partner to their project execution Teams. This role will focus on developing and managing project schedules to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of detailed project schedules with input from project teams.
- Collect project progress and update project status.
- Perform impact analysis for potential delays and changes.
- Collaborate with project management and field teams to set project goals and analyze project status.
- Analyze schedules to identify duration and logic issues.
- Manage schedules for multiple projects or complex, large-scale projects.
- Provide guidance to less experienced scheduling team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel may be necessary depending on project needs and location.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in complex construction (Heavy Commercial, Data Centers, Industrial, Power Generation, Specialty Contractors, Heavy Civil).
- Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, REVIT preferred.
- Familiarity with claims prevention and analysis techniques strongly preferred.
- Ability to conduct constructability reviews for varying construction methods/techniques during design or construction.
