About the Role

As the Digital Investment Specialist, you will execute digital media investment for a specific roster of clients. You will transform client approved strategies into tactical digital media buys with adherence to brand safety, brand suitability, and quality parameters that enable the achievement of client specific cost guarantees.

Responsibilities

  • Transform client approved media strategies into tactical media buys.
  • Execute buys through Prisma.
  • Manage delivery and provide data for post reporting.
  • Ensure all available integrations and automation are employed.
  • Meet buying principles, investment allocation, and cost guarantees on each campaign.
  • Know the buying parameters of each client.
  • Be familiar with client specific verification technology.
  • Ensure monthly vendor level media forecasts are completed on time and accurately.
  • Develop and oversee digital media buying guides for each client.
  • Assist in digital media evaluations with strategy and planning teams.
  • Coordinate with digital media vendors to launch, report and post digital media buys.
  • Manage contracts/ insertion orders.
  • Input Digital media buys in Prisma/DDS.
  • Actualize media spending.
  • Assist with financials.
  • Clear invoices.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in the advertising and media industry.
  • Negotiate with media vendors to secure the most cost-effective delivery of objectives, balancing price with quality factors.
  • Negotiations reflect the strategy & brand requirements of approved campaigns in a team environment.
