About the Role
Pilot the opening and development of our Paris boutique, representing PARIS/64 and ensuring every detail of the customer experience. Contribute to commercial performance, support and develop your team, and ensure the smooth operation of the boutique in close collaboration with the Retail team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the boutique team in their development, fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead and motivate a customer-oriented sales team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Monitor commercial performance, develop sales reports, and analyze key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and organize events with clients and influencers in collaboration with the PR Manager.
- Manage purchasing and inventory planning based on sales and boutique needs.
- Oversee merchandise reception, inventory counts, stock management, cash handling, and daily boutique operations.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, internal rules, and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in a premium/fashion environment.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite, support, and grow a team.
- Genuine customer service orientation and strong attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales indicators and propose improvement actions.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, initiative, and ability to effectively manage daily needs.
- Proficiency with digital and management tools.
- Passion for fashion and strong affinity with PARIS/64.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
