About the Role
The Client Success Associate will support Noom’s Employer partnerships, managing day-to-day account management, client launches, engagement, and renewals. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual early in their client-facing career, managing a high volume of accounts and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support client retention and engagement across a high-volume portfolio of Employer accounts.
- Track account health, renewal dates, launch timelines, and key milestones.
- Monitor accounts for early warning signs and proactively flag potential risks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in CRM and account-tracking tools.
- Support new client implementations, launches, and ongoing account-management activities.
- Respond to routine client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Help drive post-launch enrollment and engagement activities.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communications for client meetings.
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities across several accounts simultaneously.
- Help document and maintain scalable processes as the Client Success organization grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, client services, customer success, implementation, or similar).
- Experience in digital health, healthcare, or SaaS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of accounts and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with data and basic reporting.
- Experience using CRM platforms and account-management or project-tracking tools.
- Comfort using AI tools and enthusiasm for adopting new tools.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn the full client success lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20%.
