About the Role
The Client Services Support Coordinator will collaborate with team members to develop and execute property operations and marketing strategies, including content creation for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the Client Services Sales team.
- Organize and maintain the Client Services library of support resources.
- Manage new business projects, maintaining daily contact with stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight for brand, creative direction, marketing, operational content, and communication.
- Track project details and manage overall workflow, emphasizing attention to detail and organization.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for new business initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and company team members.
- Assist with preparing pitch materials by creating content for pitch decks.
- Develop and produce professional proposals and supporting materials for clients.
- Participate in property operations and marketing strategy sessions, including content writing and edits.
- Shop competitors for potential projects as needed.
- Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across pitch and proposal collateral.
- Stay informed on multifamily, economic, market, and demographic trends.
- Assist with department projects as needed.
- Assist with client-specific deliverables, reporting, and market research.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, processes, and technologies.
- Skilled in organization with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts such as branding, market research, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and professional environment.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all new business materials, including proofreading and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Ability to self-motivate, driving tasks and projects to completion without external direction.
- Ability to be reliable and professional in all aspects of work, maintaining focus on quality, timeliness, and accountability.
- Skilled in building strong relationships, conveying complex ideas clearly, and adapting communication styles to suit diverse audiences.
- Skilled in research, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to create engaging content across various platforms, including written, visual, and multimedia formats.
- Ability to craft and deliver strategic and creative presentations tailored to executive audiences.
- May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
- May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens, and data.
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
