About the Role
The People Team at Brex builds and sustains the culture that powers Brex. We focus on talent, growth, and the employee experience, creating an environment where high-agency individuals can thrive. This role is for builders, coaches, and culture-shapers who want to directly shape high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end, from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
- Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership, measuring program efficacy using new hire surveys and completion analytics.
- Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.
- Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including supporting projects in employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, and performance programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios.
- Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration.
