Responsibilities
- Responsible for food safety and quality
- Handle inbound and outbound packages
- Process invoices scanned out of inventory
- Pack individual orders and print shipping labels
- Work with shipping software (e.g., Shipstation and FedEx)
- Communicate with Operations and other internal departments to fulfill customer satisfaction
- Communicate with Elmhurst customer service on problem orders with resolutions
- Work with the Warehouse department to ensure order fulfillment
- Log inventory into Inventory tracking system (e.g., Shopify)
- Ensure inventory stock is maintained
- Fulfill marketing sample orders
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts of product and materials
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Analytical ability to solve problems efficiently
- Ability to multi-task
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Strong ability to manage time and is self-motivated
- Experienced computer and internet research abilities
- Reliable and dependable, ability to work as a team player
Skills
- Logistics/Shipping software experience preferred
Education Level
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Salary/Compensations
- $20.48 - $21.48
