About the Role

Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Shipping Tech for their 2nd shift. This role is crucial in supporting the company's mission of building world-class brands and inspiring global change through the arts.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products onto and from trucks.
Review and complete shipping documents.
Print shipping labels.
Perform cycle counts and inventory control.
Pick, pack, and label orders.
Check product quantities and quality.
Process orders and record identifying information.
Conduct inspections of products and orders.
Inform others of damages or shortages.
Complete required paperwork.
Receive HAZMAT training.
Gain knowledge of shipping requirements for all GOLDEN products.
Receive training on order pickers, wave machines, pallet jacks, ride-on pallet jacks, and the scanning system.

Requirements

High School Diploma with additional computer training, or equivalent.
3-6 months of work experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse work.
Ability to stand and walk continuously on concrete.
Ability to climb stairs/ladders.
Ability to reach bilaterally from below torso to overhead.
Ability to bend and squat frequently.
Ability to grasp, pinch, finger, and perform fine motor manipulation.
Ability to generate up to 40-50 pounds of force for pushing and pulling.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds from floor to waist.
Ability to lift/transfer 5-gallon containers (up to 62 lbs.).
Ability to lift 5-gallon pails weighing up to 75 pounds from floor to waist.
Ability to lift 1-10 pounds frequently.
Good visual acuity.
Auditory acuity to communicate and monitor the work environment.
Ability to lift completed rack assemblies (30-50 lbs.).
