About the Role
The Leadership Development Manager is part of the London HQ HR team, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing leadership development programs to enhance skills, foster growth, and promote continuous learning. This role collaborates with senior management to identify leadership needs and align initiatives with strategic organizational goals, promoting inclusive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support the global design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership programs for educators and functional teams.
- Elevate the curriculum for school colleagues to align with organizational needs.
- Develop a new functional pathway with clear outcomes aligned to training needs and business priorities.
- Partner with business leaders, educators, and HR colleagues to support scalable, quality learning experiences.
- Strengthen capability, deepen the talent pipeline, and advance the growth strategy.
- Ensure the development of leaders ready to drive future organizational success.
- Align every program to the EmpowerUs behaviors framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development in a commercially driven environment.
- Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on within a flat, fast-paced organization.
- Strong facilitation skills across all levels of seniority, including experience running action learning sets.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and job analysis.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability to measure and evidence the effectiveness of development initiatives.
- An accredited coach with experience of one-to-one and group coaching.
- Experience in using and interpreting psychometrics (BPS Level A and Level B qualified).
- Experience of working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Confident applying AI and digital tools to enhance learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
