About the Role
The Technical Property Manager will be responsible for the independent technical support of assigned commercial and residential properties, managing technical measures from evaluation and planning to implementation and acceptance, while monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality. Close collaboration with commercial property management and management is expected.
Responsibilities
- Independent technical support and management of commercial and residential properties.
- Independent planning, prioritization, and management of maintenance, repair, renovation, and modernization measures.
- Technical assessment of defects and derivation of suitable measures.
- Obtaining and professional review of offers, as well as preparation and support of contract awards.
- Independent management of craft businesses, service providers, and specialist planners.
- Monitoring of budgets, deadlines, quality, and project progress.
- Accompanying acceptances and review of technical services and invoices.
- Monitoring of maintenance and inspection obligations and follow-up of required measures.
- Structured documentation of technical processes and maintenance of property and measure documents.
Requirements
- Technical training, technical studies, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in technical property management or a comparable responsible position.
- Sound experience in independent property and measure management.
- Good knowledge in the areas of TGA, GMG, Energy Management & ESG, Fire Protection.
- Experience in managing craft businesses, service providers, and specialist planners.
- Strong technical and economic understanding as well as cost awareness.
- High degree of independence, decision-making ability, and sense of responsibility.
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as binding communication.
- Confident use of common MS Office applications.
- Driver's license Class B.
