About the Role

The Helper Bees (THB) is dedicated to empowering older adults and their families by providing access to quality, affordable in-home care. We aim to help people stay home longer through data-driven services that enhance the experience for both payers and care recipients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote products and services to senior adults.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Stay informed about products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features.
  • Educate senior adults and their families on benefits and guide them through the marketplace platform.
  • Address customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to remain at your designated workstation for the duration of the workday.
  • Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to observe details at close range.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.
  • Must have a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.
  • Selected candidates may be required to undergo a background check and/or drug screen.

Experience Level

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with senior adults or in a similar demographic is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!

Education Level

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
