About the Role
At Caraffi, we transform talent acquisition into a strategic engine for business performance. We are seeking an account specialist to facilitate the hiring process of contract employees, manage daily account activities, ensure outstanding customer service, and manage relationships between hiring managers and approved vendors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the vacancy fulfilment process from requisition creation to candidate start of assignment.
- Exercise screening techniques to ensure only high-quality résumés are forwarded to the customer for review.
- Coordinate the candidate interview process on behalf of the hiring managers.
- Successfully negotiate bill rates to align with current market rates and job criteria.
- Confirm assignment logistics between hiring manager and supplier regarding contractor assignment information.
- Manage and facilitate all on-boarding activities to ensure timely start dates.
- Manage ongoing worker activities, including end date and assignment negotiations.
- Manage and facilitate all off-boarding activities in a timely manner.
- Act as the main point of contact and maintain all supplier relationships.
- Interact daily with hiring managers and suppliers to resolve program-related issues.
- Manage the customer and supplier relationship by building professional rapport, following up consistently, and maintaining ongoing contact and communication.
- Act as a cooperative and contributing team member to ensure a high level of service is always offered to customers and suppliers.
- Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
Requirements
- Proven recruiter with hands-on delivery background.
- Proven track record in exceptional account delivery.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage overall service, stakeholders, and the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing and candidate management.
- Good understanding of IR35 and NPW legislation.
- Experienced recruitment background with a solid understanding of corporate services roles.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service to SLAs.
- Experience managing key customer relationships.
