About the Role

Corridor is seeking experienced account managers to become advisors. In this role, you will own client relationships from start to finish, including closing new business, designing plans, and managing renewals. You will leverage AI agents to handle administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client service and relationship management. This position offers the opportunity to share in the upside of the business you close.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships from first call through close, enrollment, and renewals.
  • Serve as the named advisor for clients, being the primary point of contact.
  • Handle inbound client demand and close new business.
  • Manage the end-to-end client acquisition process: discovery, quoting, plan design, proposal, close, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with AI agents, ensuring they meet service standards and providing feedback for product improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of the service playbook based on your expertise in client retention and carrier escalations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience servicing employee benefits clients at a brokerage.
  • Proven ability to retain clients through renewals due to exceptional service.
  • Deep understanding of small group fully insured, level-funded, PEOs, self-funding, HSA, fringe benefits, ICHRA, and ancillary products.
  • Knowledge of carrier underwriting processes.
  • Experience managing renewal meetings and saving at-risk accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle tasks typically associated with a producer role.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and service.
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques; no prior sales experience required.
