Responsibilities

Maintains and monitors physical security policies, standards, and best practices.
Abides by Security guidelines relative to security standards to provide safety and security of staff and assets.
Manages Security Control Center Coordinators and security operations.
Manages and administers physical security functions for company facilities to ensure the safety, security, and protection of MasterCard employees and assets.
Recognizes potential and realized security threats and takes reasonable action to mitigate risk or injuries to personnel and/or property.
Provides MasterCard Corporate Security Standard Operating Guidelines security supervisors and follows up to ensure adherence.
Manages Security officers by delegating department projects, tasks, and assignments.
Manages Security staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times.
Interacts with employees and guests, providing direction on security policy and visitor directions as needed.
Operates security systems.
Trains and supervises Security officers regarding the execution of established physical security policies, programs, and procedures.
Recommends the development and implementation of physical security policies, programs, and procedures.
Ensures initiatives align with department goals, and processes/procedures are maintained to meet service and quality standards.
Plans and schedules uniformed security manpower resources for special events.
Acts as a point of contact for local emergency services, law enforcement agencies, and internal MasterCard departments.
Manages and administers emergency planning/response and incident management/reporting programs.
Develops audit controls to monitor performance of security personnel.
Audits security functions for compliance with service level agreements.
Reviews and resolves Incident Reports.
Responsible for Global Access Control Badge Production.
Ensures compliance with security operating guidelines.
Coordinates/Dispatches emergency responses to all security events.
Ensures proper escalation of any security-related issues.
Resolves complex customer service issues.
Physically fit enough to walk building patrols.
Monitors response to access control, fire detection, and CCTV systems.
Assists with Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement.
Initiates Incident Report investigations and provides detailed reports.
Responds to emergency dispatch, response, and mitigation relative to security, fire, or EMS response.

Requirements

Active Driver’s license
Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
Represents MasterCard while interacting with Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement liaison at State and Local levels.
Formal and ongoing Security Training
Abides by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
Ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
Reports any suspected information security violation or breach.
Completes all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.

$103,000 - $164,000 USD
