About the Role
The Changeover Supervisor assists in the supervision of part-time changeover operations during event setups, breakdowns, and changes, ensuring they are completed safely, correctly, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily operations tasks.
- Act on relevant information from Operations Manager and Changeover Manager for event setups and changeovers.
- Train new part-time operations department employees and participate in the interview process as needed.
- Operate and distribute tools required for changeover and project use.
- Perform facility operational tasks to maintain the facility on non-event days.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of safe operation of all tools required to perform necessary job functions.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand and work on your feet for an entire shift.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in elevated spaces such as off a lift or on a catwalk.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanical functions
- Basic computer skills

Experience Level
- A minimum of three years’ general labor and supervisory experience preferred
- Previous facility experience is preferred

- High school diploma/GED preferred
