About the Role
Our award-winning graduate programme provides the ideal springboard for an exciting and meaningful career in global financial markets. As a graduate, you will join the FTSE Russell Division, a dynamic, fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. FTSE Russell helps investors make better-informed decisions through indices and benchmarking solutions, creating new possibilities for the global investment community.
Responsibilities
- Progress through a 12-month development journey aiming to build foundational skills.
- Build foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and the business during global induction.
- Participate in divisional-led inductions to immerse graduates into the business.
- Participate in group projects aligned to LSEG goals.
- Meet in person with cohort at ‘Ignite’ for skills offsite.
- Access opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications, including 5 study days.
- Connect with global early careers community and contribute to wider society via CSR initiatives and volunteering opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate who has completed studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student.
- Must have completed all course requirements before summer 2027.
- Demonstrable interest in financial markets, built through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
- Curiosity for data and ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
- Ability to connect the dots and think strategically.
- Focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with others using strong communication skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and join on a permanent basis.
- Recognize that what you achieve is equally important as how you achieve it.
