About the Role
Join us in our IT Field Technician role to support creating brighter futures by taking care of our tech and helping to do something extraordinary. We are the highest Ofsted-rated provider in the country for special education and care, focused on making positive changes in young people's lives.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, or fix technology in offices, classrooms, and homes.
- Provide daily support and expertise to end users.
- Visit sites across the region to provide friendly, proactive IT support.
- Install equipment and keep it well maintained.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to keep everything up and running.
Requirements
- A Driving License is required.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications.
- iPad support experience (preferably in an educational environment).
- Networking knowledge.
- Hardware and software knowledge.
- Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer).
