About the Role
Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve acting as specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles focus on being advocates of guest experience, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles require expertise in operations, process, and efficiency to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Accurately handle cash register operations.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Requirements
