About the Role
Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice focused on prevention and longevity. We aim to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time and bringing humanity back into healthcare. We are expanding to Los Angeles with a new Institute launching in late spring 2026.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care to members in their homes.
- Provide urgent home care services, including minor procedures, wound care, and sick visits.
- Deliver preventive care services such as vaccinations, phlebotomy, and IV infusion.
- Collaborate with other home services clinicians, including pediatricians, emergency medicine physicians, RNs, and medical assistants.
- Work fluidly and competently across multiple disciplines: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care.
- Demonstrate adaptability in training and competency across various point-of-care testing modalities (strep, COVID, flu, RSV, CBC, urinalysis).
- Assist with laboratory processing as needed.
- Perform clinical, administrative, and clerical tasks as required.
- Proficiently perform blood draws and IV insertion.
- Assist in maintaining medical supply inventory, including ordering and restocking.
- Document and maintain Medical Records for members.
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Conduct telehealth visits and electronically prescribe medications.
- Maintain professional licenses, certifications, DEA certification, and other credentials.
- Participate in continuing medical education programs for licensure requirements.
Requirements
- Current NP/PA license required.
- 2+ years of experience as a practicing NP or PA.
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Capable and experienced with relevant procedures for proficiency in delivering care in urgent care and emergency medicine settings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- A reliable vehicle is required for conducting home visits.
Skills
- Urgent care/emergency medicine experience preferred.
- Primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult populations.
- Proficient in blood draws.
- Proficient in IV insertion.
- Adaptability in training and competency across point-of-care testing modalities.
- Telehealth visits.
- Electronic prescribing of medications.

- $160,000 - $190,000
