About the Role
This role offers early and consistent client exposure, providing opportunities to build relationships and develop confidence in real-world settings. You will collaborate with ESG, Facilities Management, Property Accounting, and Building Surveying teams, gaining broad cross-disciplinary exposure. The program includes earning an IOSH certificate and attending external events and industry forums.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial assets.
- Provide specialist advice to landlords and tenants on lease obligations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Oversee the management of rental income and other tenant-related charges.
- Work closely with clients to help enhance the value of their property portfolios.
- Arrange and undertake property inspections.
- Prepare and administer service charge expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, including Health & Safety requirements and other regulations.
- Manage tenant applications for assignments, subletting, and alterations.
- Support clients with value-enhancement opportunities, including rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewals.
- Report to and work with clients on tenure matters and physical property improvements.
Requirements

- RICS-accredited degree with a minimum 2:2 classification (or equivalent) for Graduate Applicants.
- Non-cognate, non-RICS accredited degree with a minimum 2:2 classification for Graduate Applicants.
- 96 UCAS tariff points (or equivalent) and GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) for Apprentice Applicants.
- Advanced Apprenticeship in Surveying or Construction Technical with a minimum DD profile (or equivalent qualification), plus GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) for Apprentice Applicants.
