About the Role
Join the World's Largest Private Equity, Private Credit & Venture Capital Series as a Business Development Manager. This role is crucial for expanding the sponsorship sales team on the fast-growing SuperReturn series, aiming to realize its full revenue potential in a dynamic financial services market.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage client portfolios
- Negotiate contracts

- Perform client outreach

- Attend industry events
- Prepare presentations to inform business decisions and strategies
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders
- Create bespoke sponsorship packages
- Represent SuperReturn at industry events
- Expand existing client portfolios
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies
- Hit ambitious targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong track record of identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with confidence
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Experience in event management, sponsorship sales, or financial services (private equity/venture capital/private credit) is desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is desirable
- Understanding of the private markets ecosystem is desirable
