About the Role

As the Analytics Manager for DTC, you'll build and drive reporting and diagnostic analytics that advance our strategy, turning analysis into a clear point of view. You will design and report on DTC KPIs and analyses spanning the entire user journey, from acquisition through conversion, post-purchase engagement and retention, subscriptions, distribution, and site experimentation. Stakeholders should leave with recommendations, not just data, by connecting data sources, business priorities, and customer signals.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize data to provide the DTC team with brand-level insights on business health and clear recommendations.
  • Leverage the BI tool Omni to build, maintain, and own dashboards for quick interpretation and action.
  • Become an expert on existing DTC reporting and drive improvements.
  • Plan, design, and implement reports highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Enhance the A/B testing reporting suite.
  • Track new feature launches and manage their performance reporting.
  • Work closely with DTC teams to drive business value.
  • Gain a strong understanding of data problems and use the Analytics toolkit to find solutions.
  • Drive deep analysis of key drivers to surface hypotheses for action.
  • Act as a trusted voice and thought leader for supported brands, bringing a well-reasoned point of view.
  • Enable stakeholders and leaders to become sharper and smarter on data and business through collaboration.
  • Help define how performance is measured and reported on ecommerce across key KPIs, set up dashboarding capability, and track/share business performance.
  • Identify analytics pain points and inefficiencies, and develop new tools and automated processes.
  • Act as a data evangelist and sparring partner across the organization, sharing best practices and challenging the status quo.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and help others build fluency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analytics or a similarly analytical field, using data to drive decision-making and narrative development in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of the role analytics plays in a cross-disciplinary digital product development lifecycle.
  • Fluent in SQL (Python or R a plus), with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and models in a modern BI platform (experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is an enabler).
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up analysis and helping others build fluency.
  • Ability to connect dots across data sources, business priorities, and customer signal, with a focus on high-impact problems.
  • Ability to provide recommendations and a point of view, not just analysis plans.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas simply and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Thrive on direct, honest, and supportive communication and feedback.
  • Infectiously optimistic and curious, embracing new challenges.
