About the Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will work in two or more client teams with experienced consultants, solving complex strategic issues and implementing solutions. You will engage with political decision-makers, key stakeholders, and clients from analysis through strategy development to implementation.

Responsibilities

Conceptual and content-related collaboration on client projects
Monitoring of political, institutional, and legal frameworks
Research, analysis, and preparation of relevant information on specific topics and political actors
Creation of political analyses, reports, presentations, and stakeholder analyses
Writing position papers, newsletters, and letters in German and English
Development of political communication formats
Outreach and preparatory communication with political actors
Conception and organization of events (if applicable)
Creation of social media posts (if applicable)

Requirements

Excellent university degree
First practical experience in consulting and/or the political field
Passion for politics, current affairs, and political communication
Willingness to learn and explore new subject areas with interest and curiosity to become an expert in a policy field
Hands-on mentality and flexibility to adapt to new priorities
Ability to work well in a team and view feedback as an opportunity for development
Very good analytical and strategic skills
Careful, structured, and independent work style
