About the Role

The Office of the CEO supports senior leaders in executing the CEO agenda, executive decision-making, and enterprise engagements. This role requires strong judgment, fast synthesis, and professional handling of confidential, time-sensitive work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief of Staff and Office of the CEO in advancing enterprise priorities, executive engagements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level materials, briefings, and communications for the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Help drive the planning and execution of leadership forums, external engagements, and special projects.
  • Support the Office of the CEO agenda by coordinating scheduling priorities and operational details with Executive Assistants and relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against key initiatives, identify emerging issues and dependencies, and facilitate timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support effective decision-making, communication, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate or business strategy, executive office / chief of staff support, management consulting, business transformation, or a related role.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, public policy, international relations, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $103,270.00 CAD - $153,270.00 CAD
