About the Role

This Senior Specialist, Product Management role supports the commercialization and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products globally. The focus is on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement, and developing commercialization strategies in collaboration with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AC&S organization to support product commercialization efforts and drive customer engagement
  • Assist in identifying short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends
  • Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts
  • Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, and support initiatives to improve customer engagement
  • Assist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialization success
  • Contribute to the creation of region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations
  • Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials
  • Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support commercialization goals

Requirements

  • Experience in Product/Solution commercialization with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and sales enablement for technology solutions (e.g. AI, SaaS, APIs, FinTech)
  • Possess customer orientation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts
  • Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Adept communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in payments or financial services is preferred
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficial
  • Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plus
