About the Role

Provide oversight and control on client account opening documents to reduce firm risk with applicable regulating bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and approve/reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications.
  • Provide support on account opening related queries by staying current on industry regulations and firm policies.
  • Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction and processing efficiency.
  • Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills to provide detailed information to various departments.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in workload prioritization.
  • Ability to manage multiple interruptions while maintaining workload.
  • Ability to rapidly respond to inquiries in an intelligent and informed fashion.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, aggressive delivery or problem resolution lead times, and sensitive customer relationships.
  • A reactive and proactive focus on client service, industry regulations, and product requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
