About the Role
As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our Barbican Support Centre, you will organize your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products, supported by a first-class training program. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a range of areas across the Barbican Support Office & Medical Centre.
- Care about our customers, patients, visitors and colleagues.
- Take pride in your work.
- Ensure cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
- Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
- Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from offices, changing room, showers, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning.
- Be responsible for a variety of tasks including office cleaning, meeting rooms, welfare facilities, washrooms, reception areas, treatment rooms, clinical and non-clinical spaces, pathology lab, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
- Replenish consumables and report maintenance or health and safety concerns where appropriate.
