About the Role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to work full-time across its TriBeCa Clinics. This role offers the opportunity to experience a variety of clinics and patient diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Set clear expectations for patients’ clinical progress.
- Execute treatments as promised.
- Provide items or documents such as Home Exercise Programs.
- Execute a high standard of clinical excellence.
- Maintain 5-star customer service.
- Foster a true community environment for both patients and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.
Requirements
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, Master or Bachelors of PT.
- Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
- Routinely loads of 5-35 lbs from: Floor to waist/Waist to shoulder/ Shoulder to overhead.
- Routinely loads of 5-10lbs for 40-50’.
- Routinely loads of 5-150lbs on casters, runners or pulleys.
- Sustaining a grip routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50lbs.
- Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140lbs.

Salary/Compensations
- $91,000 - $120,000 a year (Inclusive of incentives)
