About the Role

For our Program Management team in the Places business unit, we are seeking dedicated Cost Consultants to contribute and further develop their expertise in demanding projects for renowned national and international clients. The role is part of our global Places business unit, where we collaborate with clients worldwide to create, foster, and optimize intelligent, safe, and sustainable places for living, working, learning, and thriving.

Responsibilities

Support the team with internal and client-related organizational matters.
Participate in cost planning, cost control, and ongoing financial reporting for projects.
Maintain and review project budgets, cash flows, invoice, and cost overviews.
Assist with monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and governance documentation.
Coordinate and document discussions with project teams, clients, finance, and other interfaces.
Support change, risk, and issue processes, as well as project closure documentation.
Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision documents for internal and client meetings.
Process orders in the ERP application software system (after prior training).

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, or comparable specializations.
Initial experience in Cost Management, Financial Management, Controlling, or Project Management is desirable.
Good understanding of budgets, cost reports, invoicing processes, and commercial project management.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in ERP systems being desirable.
Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious work approach with attention to deadlines, documentation, and governance requirements.
Willingness to learn customer-specific systems and processes.
Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills.
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and confident demeanor with internal and external contacts.
