About the Role

The Rallye Motor Company is seeking an energetic, reliable, and motivated Korean Speaking Automotive Sales Representative with automotive sales experience to join their team at Rallye Mercedes. The ideal candidate has German car brand experience and is looking for a long-term position to engage with a luxury client base.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
• Follow up and retain current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events.
• Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction by being responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints.
• Upgrade knowledge of Mercedes products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise.
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
• Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
• Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

Requirements

• Current and valid Driver's License.
• Must be fluent in Korean.
• Must have at least 1 year of Automotive Sales Rep. experience.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
• Professional personal appearance.
