About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Manager to help lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets. You'll own a portfolio of KRs across high-priority business problems by investigating issues, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to implement solutions at scale. You will report directly to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets, setting strategy and building execution plans.
- Use a data-driven approach to investigate problems, creating insightful analysis from quantitative and qualitative information, and implement next steps.
- Operate at the lowest level of detail to build foundational knowledge and provide recommendations for leadership.
- Define and test hypotheses through experimentation, leverage AI to accelerate learnings, and scale successful strategies.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams (Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing) to drive alignment and impact.
- Develop new skills and advance your career with opportunities to take on new challenges.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related experience.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
- Proficiency in crunching data in SQL/Excel independently.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes.
- Actively look for ways AI can improve work, using tools like Claude or Cursor.
- Focus on getting things done and not afraid to get into the details.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional workstreams or a strong desire to grow into that responsibility.
