About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated New Business function. This role requires a robust understanding of social media, global integrated campaigns, and production execution to shape proposals, staffing structures, and multi-market client solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing proposal shaping and cross-functional operational scoping, with the ability to quickly master and navigate Vayner’s delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Growth and New Business leads to translate raw client opportunities into clear, actionable proposals.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from brief to submission, keeping senior cross-functional leads on track, accountable, and aligned against tight turnaround timelines.
  • Co-design realistic staffing structures and marry that to our product set with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery leads.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Finance and Procurement stakeholders to manage vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and budget approvals.
  • Package and present commercial proposals directly to prospective clients, confidently delivering the operational scope, staffing model, and deliverables.
  • Build flexible, considered commercial options that solve client needs within budget constraints without compromising execution quality.
  • Align all proposals with Vayner’s operational model and required delivery minimums.
  • Breakdown complex master proposals into multi-market line items, regional budgets, and localised execution teams.
  • Coordinate with global hubs to manage multi-market logistics, time zone differences, and cross-border resourcing.
  • Lead the official transition of winning proposals to live Client Partner and Production teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.

Requirements

  • Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
  • Experience within both project management and production environments.
  • Hands-on experience and ownership of complex, multi-stream projects, requiring senior stakeholder management.
  • Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience.
  • Ability to recognise and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts and continually evaluate project effectiveness.
  • A strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
  • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills.
  • Candidates must be authorised to work in the U.K.

About the Company

  • VaynerMedia is a contemporary global creative and media agency built for the now. Born in social, our work is now full service, simply loving big ideas that connect and create real change for our clients business. We are independently owned, founded in 2009 with offices in London, Amsterdam, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Mexico City. We are recognised for our work in Cannes Lions, the Clios, D&AD and The Webbies to name a few. Culture is our key and Empathy is how we build it. VaynerMedia EMEA is strong with a world-class combination of diverse backgrounds collaborating to put forward innovative, creative and strategic solutions to the one advantage that stands the test of time – PEOPLE. Day in and day out, we propel some of the biggest brands in the world to the intersection of attention and culture. In EMEA, we are proudly 250+, servicing multi-brands across the region. Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun! We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that. Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to.
