About the Role

Join our team as a Director of Sales and be the mastermind behind packed rooms, record-breaking revenue, and a high-performing sales team. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Fill rooms, increase revenue, and celebrate team wins.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team.
  • Develop budgets, forecast revenue, and create marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings; network to foster repeat business.
  • Support the General Manager by overseeing various departments and acting as a hotel ambassador.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
  • Thorough experience with professional selling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and interact with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, and hospitality principles.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
