About the Role

Take overall technical and economic responsibility for outstanding construction projects in the capital region.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of construction managers in your projects, active further development of the team.
• Technical and commercial overall responsibility for turnkey construction projects with a volume of €25 million or more.
• Monitoring of all legal, safety, and quality requirements on construction sites.
• Negotiation with clients regarding construction execution, contract interpretation, and change orders according to VOB/BGB.
• Conclusion of subcontractor agreements in coordination with the commercial department.
• Review of calculations, responsibility for offer preparation, and systematic customer support.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or alternatively a completed training as a construction technician or master craftsman in the main construction industry.
• Sound professional experience in turnkey construction or commercial construction, several years as a project manager; experience in managing large projects with a volume of €25 million or more.
• Secure knowledge of VOB.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and common calculation programs (ideally iTWO).
• Driver's license class B.
