About the Role
Lakeville Trucking INC. is seeking dedicated and professional CDL-A Truck Drivers for our Northeast Regional routes. As a valued member of our team, you will operate modern equipment, uphold our commitment to safety and customer service, and enjoy competitive pay along with a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over Northeast regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Transport dry van and refrigerated freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation required by company policy and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight when necessary to meet delivery schedules.
- Report any vehicle mechanical issues or accidents promptly to management.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CDL-A truck driving experience.
- Ability to operate dry van and refrigerated trailer equipment.
- Good knowledge of Northeast regional routes and regulations.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays as required.

Salary/Compensations
- Base pay is 70c a mile for a 2 years driver.
- Pay scales with experience, flexibility and availability to deliver into NYC.
- $2500 referral bonus for referring other drivers.
- $100 bonus per trip into NYC.
- $50 Stop-Off bonus.
- $25/hr for non self-inflicted detentions.
