Responsibilities
- Contribute to the most used Flutter applications by developing and delivering impactful new features and improvements for the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Engineers, Product Managers, QA, and Designers to launch new components and features.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical debt, and develop internal tools to enhance team productivity.
- Directly shape team processes through regular agile retrospectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of programming experience, with at least one year in app development.
- Extensive experience with Dart and Flutter.
- Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
- Focus on clean code: writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively maintaining high code quality.
- A keen sense for design and the ability to collaborate closely with designers.
- In-depth understanding of UI and animation development.
