About the Role
Join our Group Finance team at an exciting time as JTL integrates newly acquired companies. Gain hands-on experience in group finance operations, from daily accounting tasks to cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Assist with the accounting integration of newly acquired companies as part of M&A activities.
- Address accounting and reporting queries, and help establish best-practice processes and documentation.
- Contribute to the automation of daily accounting tasks using modern tools and scripting.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Available for a 4-6 month paid internship.
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous internship experience in a finance department, consulting, or auditing.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and a strong interest in them.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented work approach.
