About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow brands and improve their performance across Amazon's retail categories.
- Support vendor managers and cross-functional teams — including in-stock, marketing, and category teams — to deliver business growth.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered through retail, advertising, or merchant services.
- Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence, and learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio.
- Collect, analyse, and review data to develop analytical and problem-solving skills, uncovering insights that drive business improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools across the business.
- Work with product teams and technical support teams to implement improvement projects.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the country of employment by the start date.
- Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering, Commerce, Business administration or similar field.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above.
- Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) and commit to 10 to 12 month internship.
