About the Role

Join our Consulting division as a Consultant specializing in Public Sector Transformation, Infrastructure Funding, and Digitalization. You will contribute to challenging consulting and transformation projects for federal, state, and local government clients, supporting project and program management for complex public initiatives, including IT and digitalization projects. Your role will involve conducting functional and technical requirements analyses, optimizing processes and organizational structures, and assisting in the conception and implementation of funding programs and grant procedures. You will also help develop and deploy digital solutions and AI applications, including agentic AI, within public administration. Collaboration with clients, authorities, and stakeholders is key.

Responsibilities

Support in demanding consulting and transformation projects for federal, state, and local clients.
Assist in project and program management for complex public initiatives, including IT and digitalization projects.
Conduct functional and technical requirements analyses and optimize processes and organizational structures.
Participate in the conception and implementation of funding programs, project sponsorships, and grant procedures.
Contribute to measures for accelerating approval and funding processes.
Create analyses, decision memos, presentations, and reports.
Support the conception and use of digital solutions and AI-based applications, including agentic AI, in administration and the public sector.
Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

Successfully completed university degree or upcoming graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Administrative and Political Sciences, or a comparable field.
Graduate or Young Professional with up to three years of professional experience.
Interest in the Public Sector, digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence, particularly new agentic approaches, as well as public investment and funding programs.
Initial practical experience in project management, IT projects, requirements analysis, controlling, public administration, or consulting is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with clients, authorities, and diverse stakeholders.
Team orientation, initiative, and a high degree of reliability.
Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
