About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Family Activity Supervisor. Lead your team to deliver structured and enthusiastic children's activities, encouraging maximum participation. Deliver the club's activity programs including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children's parties.
Responsibilities
- Lead your team to deliver children's activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Encourage maximum participation of children in activities.
- Deliver the club's children's activity programs including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children's parties.
- Ensure all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times.
Requirements
- Must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
- Able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Have overall great communication and interaction skills.
