About the Role
Five Below is seeking a motivated individual to join their team, focusing on delivering an amazing customer experience and driving sales. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, training associates, and ensuring adherence to company values and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service.
- Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
- Oversee daily activities of store associates.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
- Manage the opening or closing of the store.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
- Drive store sales and control expenses.
- Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
- Perform store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts and travel.
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
